- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very POOR! The vet has a rule that the owner can NOT be with the pet during ANY visit. They take the animal to the back while making you stay in the front. They then return with the animal and a brief report. There is little to no opportunity to develop a level of trust in the care taker tech / vet. This vet office ostracizes there customers with there self imposed separation policy which is not always in the best interest of the pet. BY FAR the best vet in town is with out a doubt Live oak Animal Hospital on 98th and Slide in Lubbock, TX. (I wish i know this before my visit to the other facility) They did refund my money for treatment not provided.November 19, 2017by Dylan Hickmott
