- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Exceptional! I went to see my dentist because I had a bad tooth ache. My dentist said I needed to go see a specialist and recommended Lubbock Endodontics. I was impressed that I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. From the minute you walk in the door at Lubbock Endodontics, you are treated to a warm welcome. They have a great combination of a wonderful staff, beautiful office and the latest technology that really sets them apart. The staff was very helpful in figuring out the financial part of things as well. I had Taylor, a dental assistant, who was calming and kind. Dr. Chadwick Sargent is a great dentist! He came in and introduced himself and immediately made me feel at ease. This was important because I was really nervous and scared. He is really personable. He explained my problem and the procedure to fix it. He took time to make sure that I understood and let me ask questions. Dr. Sargent has an excellent chair-side manner, he always made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay. I had to return to the office for the 2nd part of my treatment and my experience was just as exceptional! A few days after each of my procedures, Taylor called to make sure I was doing okay and if I had any concerns. I really appreciate them going the extra step to make sure I was okay. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would HIGHLY recommend this facility! There was hardly any wait time, the staff was so friendly and explained in detail what would be happening and kept me relaxed and comfortable throughout my procedure. I was nervous about having a root canal but Dr. Sargent was quick and I felt no pain at all. The environment and staff made me feel very safe and in good hands.
