- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called and asked them how much my appointment would be, and they gave me a price, and never told me about the $51 new patient fee! I made an appointment but had to wait MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS EVEN CALLED BACK. Then, I proceeded to wait another HOUR AND A HALF in the medical room. The vet claims she did a medical exam on my dog, but she definitely only listened to her heart beat and that's it. I asked for two receipts, and they only gave me one. (I asked THREE TIMES). After my visit, I called and talked to the manager. He did not apologize, he only made excuses after every single thing that I complained about. DO NOT GO HERE!September 17, 2017by Amber Smith
