  I've been to Dr. Yates a couple of times and I think her bedside manner is great. There has been a reasonable wait but I'm a patient person and I always make time for my doctors appts. Staff is friendly.

  My husband and I came for his routine checkup. He had an appointment at 2:30 pm and of course , we came at 2:10 to do some paperworks . We had to wait until 5:04 to be able to see the doctor.the place is closed at 5:00. I don't care how friendly or excited the doctor is, but waiting that long is just so ridiculous. It is so nice that she takes time for every patient but please respect other people and their time.the office shouldn't take so much appointments if the doctor take so long with every patient. We were there sitting in the waiting room, and we could here the lound talking and loud music of the staffs. Also we heard the others patient's woman issues when the staff was talking to her through the phone. This is unprofessional

  Dr Yates has been my physician for several years, and has done and exceptional job with keeping me alive!! Yes her time is worth the wait, as she is very thorough and does not rush me to get to her other patients, she takes her time to explain what needs to be done, and what our next plan for keeping me healthy, I see some of the people who comment about the wait time. I have gone to several appointments cardiologist, neurosurgeons, etc and others docs and have waited several hours, when I make my appointment I don't plan anything for the rest of the day because you never know what can be going on that day, so to me she is a GREAT PHYSCIAN KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DR YATES!!!!
