- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Did not receive cards in a timely manner and our provider could not find prof of insurance online. As of yet no response to email request (48 hours). Spent 15 minutes on phone and left voice mail. No response. After holding for an hour a rep answered and said they woul transfer me to someone who could help and put me right back to the beginning of the loop of recorded questions with prompts to push numers. If not for the fact that they took my money out of the bank I would not be sure they really existed. Rating them one star because no stars isn't an option.August 12, 2017by Caleb Farrar
